Hi, I’m Deborah Giles. I am a licensed mental health counselor, and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family, Civil, and County Mediator. I am also a Certified Mediator through the International Mediation Institute. I have worked as a mediator since 2019 and I have more than 20 years experience working as a counselor serving adults, teens, and children for individual and group mental health, career and addictions counseling. I am currently in the process of developing a team of mediators and coaches for Mediators+Plus. I am the only Mediator and Coach available for now. I do not offer mental health counseling services at this time. As the team of mediators and coaches are confirmed, we will update the website to include their information.

As the founder of Mediators+Plus, I am dedicated to facilitating mediations for family, business, and church disagreements. I value the importance of neutrality, empathy, and a solutions-focused approach to help all parties move forward with dignity and understanding.

I conduct mediations to help parties resolve conflicts and I offer coaching to help couples prevent divorce or to support personal growth after divorce. It is important to note that you will need to be clear on what service you would like. If you would like me to serve as your Divorce Coach, I will not be able to serve as the Mediator should you and your (ex)/spouse require mediation at another time.
